Step 1: Set the multimeter to the capacitance range and select the appropriate range

Step 2: Place the multimeter probes at both ends of the two component pins

After testing with a multimeter, we can clearly see that the small capacitance was measured by the reading. Read the reading on the multimeter, and then compare the actual values marked on the capacitance. If these two values are close, it indicates that the capacitance is normal. Our capacitance is labeled as 10uf, and the measured value is 13.8uf, which can be said to be close.
